Fantastic Family Getaway

The caravan was really clean and easy to find upon arrival. Security staff, AJ and Mike, were both friendly and helpful ALL the time. I not sketchy at all, as staff patrolled the site regularly in vans. It is a GREAT resort!
I found an annoying toy under the bed. This toy antagonized me a bit. The arcade seemed rigged. I think the prizes were of poor quality unless you have a LOT of tickets.

The on-site pub served lovely family meals. Food was a good standard, but prices were high. Asda and Morrisons are nearby. These offer better value for food shopping, so visit them.

The swimming pool was clean and tidy. The site is well-kept, super clean, and inviting. Evening entertainment provided great laughs. There are plenty of activities available to book.

Staff in every department were lovely and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Kieron, who does archery, was really lovely and friendly. He had good jokes.

The caravan was clean, tidy, and well-kept. Staff members were friendly. They were also very helpful. I found the whole experience very relaxing.
The caravan was not ready at the designated time, inconvenient. I had to wait nearly an hour past the check-in time. A slight delay in the process impacted my arrival.

The chip shop and restaurant had reasonable offers. The food quality was EXCELLENT, especially the fish and chips. I visited Burger King. It also provided a satisfying experience.

I found lots of things to do. The pools were great for family fun. The play area kept the children entertained for hours, and buses made travel easy. The arcade offered a variety of games.

The staff were friendly. Security staff was helpful. I felt safe because there were staff going around the site in vans. They were checking everywhere. The site has a bus stop directly outside. It takes you down into the town.
The caravan had carpet with a strong odour of dog. The carpet was dirty. It needed wet vacuuming. I had to ask for a second caravan. I did not receive a refund for the first night. I had to ask for extended time. I was hoping that once my daughter was discharged and son in law had a replacement vehicle we may be able to stay a bit longer as there was so much to do and I still needed to collect my wife and daughter.

The caravan was clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The shop on site had a good selection.
The pool was small and shallow. Access to the pool required walking through the noisy arcade. Many tables inside Mash and Barrel were not cleared or cleaned.
